As you said yourself. My wife and I are glad that we have got our rural property that is high enough above sea level even if it rises by the worst predictions, and we are glad that we'll generate our own electricity... The funny thing is some of our friends have done similar things in the last few years and have bought rural properties far away from the coast ...
